Rates:
We have for rent, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. For that reason, we rent to one party at a
time. A party can be one couple, a couple with children, or two couples.
The front bedroom has a queen size bed, a large sliding door to the deck with great views of the
mountains and creek. The price for this room is $100.00.
If additional room is needed for family members or another couple, the adjoining bed room is
available at an additional $70.00. The second bedroom has two extra long twin beds that can be put
together to make a King size bed.
The bathroom is between the bedrooms. It has antique claw tub with shower.
A full hot mountain breakfast is furnished in the price of the rooms. Because we are a small B&B,
we can give individual service for breakfast. Guests will be provided a menu from which to make
their selection. Beverages are provided throughout the day and evening, and special dietary needs
can be accommodated upon request.
Wireless Internet is available. We also have Direct way Satellite TV.
Our guests are welcome to use the hot tub. It feels great after a day of hiking or river rafting.

minus a $10.00 processing fee. If less than 15 days, the deposit will not be refunded unless the
room is re-booked for the same reserved dates.
Sales Tax: We charge Colorado State Sales tax of 6.8%.
