Rates:
We have for rent, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. For that reason, we rent to one party at a
time. A party can be one couple, a couple with children, or two couples.
The front bedroom has a queen size bed, a large sliding door to the deck with great views of the
mountains and creek. The price for the front room is $110.00 per night.
If additional room is needed for family members or another couple, the second bed room is available
at an additional $60.00. The second bedroom has two extra long twin beds that can be put together
to make a King size bed.
The bathroom is between the bedrooms. It has antique claw tub with shower.
A full hot mountain breakfast is furnished in the price of the rooms. Because we are a small B&B,
we can give individual service for breakfast. Guests will be provided a menu from which to make
their selection. Beverages are provided throughout the day and evening, and special dietary needs
can be accommodated upon request.
Wireless Internet is available. We also have Direct way Satellite TV in the living room and kitchen.
Our guests are welcome to use the hot tub. It feels great after a day of hiking or river rafting.

and it helps keep our rates low - about the same as the local Super 8. We accept cash and
personnel checks.
Sales Tax: We collect Colorado State Sales tax of 6.8%.
Children: Children are welcome.
Pets: Housebroken - well behaved dogs are welcome. One dog at a time please.
Smoking: Allowed outside only.
Check-in/out: Check-in is from 4 to 7 p.m. Please call if you will be arriving later than 7 p.m.
Check-out is 11 a.m. Unless special arrangements have been made in advance.
Deposit: 50% at the time of reservation, balance due upon arrival.
